Axiomatik uses personal data collected for the in game leader board : if you play the game via steam (online) the following date is transferred to a third party leaderboard service: username steam and IP location and one game value from which your achievement is compared to other users in order to evaluate your place in the leader board. We can delete this data when requested, we do not have access to your IP-adress, but the third party service we are using has. The responsibility of data protection lies within the services of this third party leader board service : epicleaderboard.com.

We may transfer the leaderboard functionality to an other third party service or host it itself at any time in the future and without further notice.

We will indirectly collect player statistics (without personal identification of the user or username itself) via steam platform services. By playing this game via Steam you agree to these data collections. The data collection serves the purpose of improving the game. Furthermore the statistical data may be used for economic evaluations and its presentations. Still this data will not identify a single user or personal information about a single user.

No further data is collected or used by Axiomatik, we will not sell or give your data for any other third party.
